On July 5, The Golden Pixel Cooperative continues its cooperation with OKTOSKOP, the weekly film program on Vienna’s community TV, OKTO. Artist, filmmaker and Golden Pixel chair Marlies Pöschl, in conversation with Antonia Rahofer, presents films that inspire or intrigue her in her artistic and curatorial work, providing an insight into her ways of thinking and working. The program sees the Golden Pixel Cooperative expand its range of activities to include the medium of television and – together with OKTO– is looking forward to welcoming new audiences!
The two short films of the evening, "Smars" (2015, 10’) by Eva Medin and "Care" (2017, 18’) by Anna Witt, both explore the rules of human conduct and care, whether framed by futuristic, sterile laboratory aesthetics or vivid market scenes in Asia.

OKTO has been offering all interested parties the opportunity to bring their issues and concerns to television in a self-determined way since 2005. OKTOSKOP is the weekly film programme on OKTO.
